have either finished their individual seasons or will be
ending shortly.

On Oct. 8, the flag football championship was held against the Red Raiders and U Tribe, with the Red Raiders winning 26-12. The Red Raiders proved to
be the best out of the 12-team league.

The 12 teams set the record for most teams ever in
the league.

Indoor volleyball is set to have its championship on Wednesday, Nov. 19. The league consists of only six teams.

Outdoor soccer, with seven teams, is set to have its championship on Nov. 25 while 3-on-3 basketball is schedule to have its championship on Nov. 26

There were a couple of firsts this fall for the intramural program. One was the incorporation of a women’s flag football team. It consisted of 12 women and with the help of Adul Ghaffar, traveled to Fayetteville to play against the squad from Fayetteville State University.

There was also the first-ever swim meet, which three swimmers participated in.

“It has been a great semester,” Intramural Director Tony Chavis said. “I was very pleased with the semester because of increased participation. We hope for a better upcoming semester.”

There will be an organizational meeting for 5-on-5 basketball on Nov. 26 at 5 p.m. 5-on-5 will began in the spring semester.
