Nov. 9
Hit and Run - A student contacted Campus Police in reference to her vehicle being damaged while parked in Lot 24. The damage was done to the driver’s side front corner. Damages are estimated at $600.

Nov. 11
Larceny - A student reported his bicycle stolen. The lock was found lying on the ground at West Hall. The bicycle is described as a red mountain bike. This incident is pending further investigation.

Nov. 18
Possession of Alcohol - Campus Police received a call for possible underage drinking at University Village Apartments. Officers found a non-student running around with two 12-packs of alcohol. The non-student was charged on a campus level for underage possession of alcohol.

Nov. 19
Controlled Substance Violation - While on foot patrol at the University Village Apartments, officers noticed a male subject at a table smoking marijuana. Officers detected a strong odor of marijuana inside the apartment, found a small bag of marijuana and several “blunts.”
Vandalism - A student reported that his vehicle had been vandalized while parked in Lot 26. The right rear taillight lens and bulb were broken out by someone hitting it with a blunt object.

Nov. 20
Larceny - A student reported the larceny of checks and an ATM debit card. The student was advised to cancel the checks and the debit card. This case is pending further investigation.

Driving While Impaired - While on patrol in Lot 26, an officer observed a vehicle leaving the parking lot. The vehicle drove onto the curb and to the middle of the road to make a right hand turn. After the officer observed the vehicle cross the center line, a vehicle stop was initiated. The driver was charged on a state level for driving while impaired. The intoxilyzer test reading was 0.12.

Nov. 22
Damage to Real Property - An officer discovered that someone broke the glass facing to the fire extinguisher cabinet in the DF Lowry Building. A suspect was identified and the suspect was charged on a state citation for damage to real property.
