October 26 - November 9, 2004

Oct. 27
Disruptive and Disorderly Conduct - While an officer was driving on Faculty Row, a student pointed two laser-tag guns at the officer. The student continued to point the laser-tag guns at the officer until the officer stopped next to the student. The student became disruptive. The student was charged on a campus level for Endangering Behavior and Disruptive and Disorderly Conduct.

Oct. 30
Injury to Personal Property - While an officer was on patrol in Lot 24, the officer observed two vehicles racing through Lot 14. The officer observed the passengers throwing eggs at parked vehicles. The officer stopped the two vehicles in Lot 21. The first vehicle had, in plain view, an open alcohol can and a 30-count carton of eggs on the backseat. The second car had an 18-pack container of alcohol, several empty beer cans, 30-count pack of eggs, and two marijuana cigars.

Nov. 8
Harassing of Another - A Resident Advisor reported that someone went to Village Apartments, knocked on the door, placed a dead cat in a bag by the door and took off running. Two students were charged on a campus level for harassing, abusing, or threatening another.
