Phase two of Pointe apartments is now open to faculty and students. The additional four bulidings were open in mid-July. With the upgraded amenities the new buildings offer full size beds, walk in closets and private balconies.

Imagine walking outside your student housing apartment to find your 1:30 p.m. class professor checking her mail at the same apartment mailbox as yours.

Starting mid July Pembroke Pointe Apartments opened their brand new additional four buildings.

The new buildings are available to married and graduate students. Of the 144 apartments, 66 are one bedroom, 36 are two bedrooms and 12 are three bedrooms.

In the future they plan on adding a soccer field, and renovating their clubhouse.

Along with a larger community, Pointe attracted residents that they never expected: UNCP faculty.

With the upgraded amenities that the new buildings offer such as full size beds, walk in closets and private balconies it’s understandable why Pointe has the highest new residents’ percentage.

More than any other student housing on and off campus Pointe has the largest number of UNCP faculty living in their facilities, according to the residents of Pointe.

The Pointe allows pets 75 pounds and under.

For many of the residents of Pointe, Pointe gives them a home-like feeling.
