Exam Stress Breaks
Exams are coming and things can sometimes get a little stressful for students.
In order to help students relieve some of this stress, activities are planned for the entire exam week, starting May 1 and ending on May 4.
From noon until 7 p.m. students will be able to attend activities on the Chavis Center Balcony, located upstairs of the University Center.
Daily activities include making your own stress balls and bath salts, a PlayDough play place and karaoke. Refreshments are also available.
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday there will be an oxygen bar from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. On Tuesday there will also be yoga from 2 p.m. to 3:15 p.m., along with mindfulness meditation from 3:15 p.m. to 4 p.m. Also on Wednesday from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. will be manicures.
