Pembroke Place will open and residents can move in August. |
The seven building, four bedrooms four bathroom apartments are going to be individually leased for $470 per month.
This includes high speed internet, cable, a $30 electricity cap and a $5 water and sewer cap.
Pembroke Place differs from apartments around the area by having full sized beds in each bedroom and ceiling fans in each room.
Their club house also includes a pool table, video game area and holiday parties that other apartments in Pembroke don’t have.
Jenna Tippin, Marketing Specialist for Pembroke Place Apartments, said that during the holidays they like to have parties with good food for their residents.
Tippin also said that around the Super Bowl they will have Madden video game tournaments.
“Everything has been moving smoothly,” Tippin said.
Construction workers are currently busy putting up dry wall and moving in bathtubs, Tippin said.
Residents will be able to move in Aug. 11.
Pembroke Place Apartments, located across from GPAC, will be able to hold 336 residents. Pembroke Place is one of the 45 Place Properties based out of Atlanta.
