Pembroke Magazine accepts poetry, fiction, and interviews; the magazine often focuses on specific writers or topics. The best way to get a sense of our unique magazine is to read through several issues. Back issues are available through the Managing Editor, Tina Emanuel, and subscription information can be found on this website.

We accept submissions year round though response time will be considerable slower in the summer months. Please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope if you would like your work returned. Response time is usually 4-6 weeks. Electronic submissions are not accepted. However, if your work is chosen to appear in an issue of Pembroke Magazine, you will be asked to submit on a PC formatted disk in a Word or Word Perfect document.
