Elizabeth Stephens Locklear

Elizabeth Stephens Locklear serves as a social work supervisor in the Adult Services Unit with Robeson County Department of Social Services. She has been employed with the department for 30 years. Locklear graduated from what was then Pembroke State University in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Locklear and her husband of 37 years, Kenneth Locklear, have two daughters, Crystal and Brandy, and five grandchildren. Crystal is enrolled in the Master of Nursing Program at Duke University and Brandy is enrolled in her last course in the general education associate degree program at Bladen Community College.
