4:00 PM to 5:00 PM - Chavis Center Annex Annex Conference Room 203 The Student Organization Facility Reservation Training is open to any student organization leader who needs access to booking spaces for their organization. It is recommended that each organization have at least two active officers/members who have been trained. The New Student Organization Kick Off sessions are for any newly recognized student organizations or newly transitioned officers within the previous month. This meeting will help orient new officers and members on University expectations, policies and procedures, Brave Connect, and answer any remaining questions you may have about your new organization.The Facility Reservations Training will kick off at 4 p.m. and the new organization/officer training will start immediately following (4:45 p.m.).These meetings will occur monthly.If you need an accommodation to access the program and/or program materials, please contact The Office of Student Involvement and Leadership at 910-521-6482 no later than five business days prior to the program. However, a good faith effort will be made for any request made less than five days in advance.
