6:15 PM to 7:00 PM - Dance Room: Leg stretches are important for balletdancers. Stretching the muscles of the legs, especially the quadriceps, hamstrings and calves, will improve flexibility as well as help to prevent injury. It can also enhance your performance as a dancer.
