Camille Garner DeVaney received her Bachelor of Music Education degree from Southern Arkansas University and a Master of Arts in Music in Education at UNC Pembroke. She is also an employee of the Department of Music, where she is an adjunct organ instructor and teaches Music Appreciation classes. Prior to coming to North Carolina, she taught public school music, private piano, was the accompanist for the Southern Arkansas Junior College Choir and Organist at First Presbyterian Church in Camden, Arkansas. She now serves as Organist and Director of Music at Laurinburg Presbyterian Church, where she has been directing children’s choirs, handbells and overseeing the music program since April, 1996.
