Alice Ann Campbell received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Greek from Carleton College in Northfield, MN, where she graduated magna cum laude, as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She received her Master of Arts degree in Greek from UNC Chapel Hill. Since 1993 she has been serving as a distance learning instructor for UNC-Chapel Hill Independent Studies Department, teaching Latin I, II, and III, Medical Terminology, and Etymology courses.
Her organ studies began at the age of eleven and included work with Richard Tappa (Austin College), Lawrence Smith (Interlochen National Music Camp), and Lawrence Archbold (Carleton College). She has served as organist in Texas and North Carolina and, since 1998, as accompanist for the Cumberland Oratorio Singers. Her other musical endeavors include playing in and directing handbell choirs, playing recorder and singing in Renaissance music groups, and singing with the Cumberland Oratorio Singers. Ms. Campbell is a past dean of the Cape Fear chapter of the American Guild of Organists. She resides in Hope Mills with her husband, John, and her two children.

Camille Garner DeVaney received her Bachelor of Music Education degree from Southern Arkansas University and a Master of Arts in Music in Education at UNC Pembroke in August, 2007. She is also an employee of the Department of Music, where she accompanies the Pembroke Singers, serves as an accompanist to music students in the department, and is adjunct organ instructor. Prior to coming to Laurinburg, she taught public school music, private piano, was the accompanist for the Southern Arkansas Junior College Choir and Organist at First Presbyterian Church in Camden, Arkansas. She now serves as Organist and Director of Music at Laurinburg Presbyterian Church, where she directs children’s choirs, handbells and oversees the music program since April, 1996.

Akemi Williams - 910-624-6260
Akemi Williams began her formal piano training at the age of four. She studied under Masako Shinozuka and majored in piano at Tokyo College of Music High School and Tokyo College of Music. She has accompanied the Misawa (Japan) Youth Choir and local artists in Tokyo and Misawa. She served as a church accompanist in Tokyo and continues in a similar position in Fayetteville. She is also an instructor at the Tolson Youth Center on Ft. Bragg.
