UNIVERSITY CHORALE
This choir has no audition. It is open to all interested
singers, both
majors and non-majors alike. Under the direction of Dr. José Rivera, Concert Choir presents several concerts each year and often performs major works with local orchestras and the UNCP Concert Band. Recent repertoiries include Handel's Messiah, Haydn's Pauken Mass, Vivaldi's
Gloria, Dvorak's TeDeum, and Pergolesi's Magnificat. Concert
Choir meets at 11:15 AM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the choir room, located in the Music Annex. Interested singers may enroll without permission.
