2. Play scales three octaves in triplets, with hands one octave apart

3. Play scales four octaves in sixteenth notes, with hands one octave apart

4. Do 1, 2, and 3 without stopping, keeping the beat constant

5. Do all of the above with hands a 10^th apart

6. Do all of the above with hands a 6^th apart

7. Do all of the above with hands a 3^rd apart

8. Do all of the above with both hands playing single octaves

9. Do all of the above with both hands playing repeated octaves in 16^th notes

10. Do all of the above with both hands alternating octaves.
