Consumers' Survey 2010

If you are a patient in the United States who is looking for a place to get medical, dental, or cosmetic surgery — whether in the United States or abroad — please consider taking our survey.  Participants in the survey must be over the age of 18 years and must participate voluntarily.  The survey is confidential; no personal information will be collected.

Medical Tourism Facilitators' Survey 2010

If your firm facilitates medical tourism, either as a medical tourism facilitator or by offering support services (for example, document translation, medical escorts, or travel insurance), please take our survey.  We want to know more about how the industry works and about how firms start offering medical tourism services.  We are not interested in hearing from health care providers (hospitals, doctors' clinics, etc.) at this time.

After completing the MTF survey, respondents will be given an opportunity to receive a summary of the findings of the survey when they are available in the first part of 2010. Respondents will also have an opportunity to send us the URL for their company's Web site so that we can post in on our list of medical tourism facilitators and supporting firms. We reserve the right to not post links to sites that do not fit our mission.
