Document Delivery

Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

All UNCP faculty, staff and and students are eligible to request materials not owned by the Library. Requests are placed through ILLiad, UNCP's interlibrary loan and document requesting service. Faculty members, staff, graduate students, and distance education students are eligible to place requests for Library-owned materials and those materials are delivered to campus offices for faculty and staff and to the home addresses of graduate and distance education students.

For all requests, delivery of articles occurs electronically whenever possible, through transmission of PDF files.

Eligible patrons may submit a request form electronically through the Library's webpage. If you have questions on how to submit requests electronically, please ask at the Reference Desk.
