"Joseph Mitchell: A Reader's and Writer's Guide"

Dr. Raymond Rundus, UNCP Professor Emeritus of English, will be reading from and discussing his newly published book on Thursday, November 6th at 3:30pm in the Main Reading Room of the Sampson-Livermore Library.

This program will attract those interested not only in the Robeson County native, Joseph Mitchell, but also in The New Yorker, literary journalism, spoken language, urban cultures, and above all, the vagaries of human nature.

A reception will follow the program, and books will be available for purchase and signing by the author. For additional information, call the Sampson-Livermore Library at 521-6516. This event is free and open to the public.
