LEADERSHAPE

UNCP's LeaderShape Institute is an interactive and energizing six day non-stop self-discovery and leadership experience. Based on practical experiences that build your leadership concepts and abilities, Leadershape is unlike any other program offered at UNC Pembroke.

Leadershape is for students who are academically and extracurricularly involved and are interested in enhancing their leadership potential.
