INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ORGANIZATION

What is ISO?

ISO is an organization designed to immerse international students in American culture and society while exposing American students to our foreign students and their fascinating cultures.

This organization promotes internationalization on campus and in the community while positively representing new and innovative perspectives.
ISO provides opportunities for our students to travel within North Carolina and the US to gain a better insight into local and national cultures.

This organization supports activities for UNCP students to make friends that will last a lifetime while ensuring a lasting legacy is left here on our campus.

Why is ISO Important for International Students?

Being away from home does not have to be so trying. When you have the support of fellow international students, your experience at UNCP can be more satisfying.

ISO provides a social network for visiting NC and the US with students who are here with the same goal: to see and learn as much about this country as possible, to have fun, and make friends doing so.

Joining ISO will mean you have an opportunity to share your culture with others and to immerse yourself in theirs.
