The University of North Carolina at Pembroke offers the opportunity to study at Umeå University, Sweden.
Location
Umeå is often described at the capital of northern Sweden. Umeå is situated 700 kilometers north of Stockholm, 500 kilometers south of the Arctic Circle and close enough to the Gulf Stream to feel its benefits. Established in 1965, Umeå University (24,000 students) has exceeded all expectations proven itself as an important regional and national factor.

You should minimally budget for the following:
You will pay tuition and fees to UNCP (WLS-4990/Study Abroad, 12 credits). Room and board will be paid to your host school.
Students can use their financial Aid to pay the costs of a semester or year long program. Contact Financial Aid, to determine your financial aid eligibility.
