PASSPORT FAIR

University Center (UC) Get a Passport...Study Abroad!
9:30AM - 2:00PM

Are you planning to study abroad during your undergraduate or graduate program? Do you plan to take a cruise in the near future? Then you will need a passport. Here is your chance to have your passport application processed at UNC Pembroke.

 

Please Note: Whether you are applying for a new or renewal passport you must be present with the required material.

What you will need:

1. Passport Application (New or Renewal).

2. 2 Passport size Photos

  • UNCP’s International Programs will take your photo for $6.00, during the event.

3. Original or certified copy of your birth certificate. No photo copies accepted.

  • New Requirements for ALL U.S. Birth Certificates (effective April 1, 2011).
  • You must submit your original or certified birth certificate with your application. Your original birth certificate will be returned to you. It will arrive a few days after your passport in a separate package.
  • If you have an expired U.S. passport, you can bring that as your citizenship evidence if you are unable to get a certified birth certificate. 
  • Not all students will have a US Birth certificate, some may have a Report of Birth Abroad and that is considered their citizenship evidence also. (US citizen born abroad).

4. Driver's License or State Issued ID (for processing). Please bring a copy as well.


5. Passport Fees- Make personal check, certified check, cashiers check, travelers checks, or money order payable to Department of State.
NO CASH or CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED DURING THIS EVENT.

  • New Applications - $135 Fee ($110 fee + $25 execution fee)
  • Renewal Applications - $110 Fee
  • For the most current passport fees.
