Installation of Kyle R. Carter, the University's Fifth Chancellor

Kyle R. Carter was installed as the fifth chancellor of The University of North Carolina at Pembroke Friday, April 15, 2011 at 2 p.m. in the Givens Performing Arts Center.

The installation ceremony was part of a week-long celebration of the Chancellor's installation and the academic and athletic achievements of UNC Pembroke's students, faculty and staff. To showcase these achievements, various events were scheduled throughout the week of April 11-16, 2011.

The Chancellor's installation theme was "Honoring Traditions, Securing Our Future."
