Online Employment System

Welcome to the Online Employment System (OES) for UNC Pembroke. Using this system, you can search and apply for EPA Faculty, EPA Non-Facuty, SPA Staff, and Temporary positions. You may attach cover letters, resumes/curriculum vitaes, as well as other requested documents to your online application and save your application. You may apply for multiple postings and track the status of the positions that you have applied for online.

Employment Background Checks: UNC Pembroke shall conduct background checks for an applicant who is selected as the final candidate for all EPA (full-time and part-time positions), EPA non-faculty, SPA and Temporary Employment prior to the final candidate’s first employment date. An employment background check includes a criminal background check, employment verification, reference checks, license verification (if applicable), verification of academic credentials (if applicable), and credit history check (if applicable). 

Additional Information

Candidates must apply online through the Applicant Site by the closing date (5:00 p.m. on the posting close date for all SPA Staff positions) to be considered. Applications must be submitted for each position applied.
