physical examination requirement
Each student who applies to the ATEP must have a physical examination done by a MD/DO/NP/PA. The purpose of the physical examination is to verify that the student is able to meet the physical and mental requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation, of an athletic trainer. The physical and mental requirements are outlined by the Technical Standards for Admission document.
The physical examination form is available from the Program Director as part of the Admissions Packet.
