atEP Grievance policy
If a student has difficulty with a preceptor or questions/problems arise, the student is asked to first speak directly with the preceptor. If after discussing the issue with the preceptor, the student is not satisfied (or if the issue is such that the student cannot speak to the preceptor first), the student should report the problem to the Clinical Coordinator immediately. If satisfactory resolution is not gained after speaking with the Clinical Coordinator, the student is to take the issue to the Program Director. If the student is still not satisfied with the resolution, the student may seek assistance through the appropriate campus hearing board.
