atEP Grievance policy
If a student has difficulty with the CI or ACI or questions/problems arise, the student is asked to please speak directly with the CI/ACI first. If after discussing the issue with the CI/ACI, the student is not satisfied (or if the issue is such that the student cannot speak to the CI/ACI first), the student is to bring the problem to the Clinical Coordinator’s attention immediately. If satisfactory resolution is not gained after speaking with the Clinical Coordinator, the student is to take the issue to the Program Director. If the student is still not satisfied with the resolution, the student may seek assistance through the appropriate campus hearing board.
