Dr. Bolles first came to UNCP as the first Strength and Conditioning Coach and a lecturer. Soon thereafter, he accepted the additional responsibility of Athletic Compliance Officer. Upon completion of his Ph.D., Dr. Bolles moved out of the athletic department and became an assistant professor and the Health Promotion Coordinator.
Dr. Bolles, his wife and daughter live in Lumberton, NC. He is an avid runner and privately coaches runners from the 5K to the marathon.
