2013 Summer Housing Room Selection

FOR CURRENT STUDENTS

On-line Odyssey HMS

Housing and Residence Life offers housing for all summer sessions and various summer camps and programs.  Returning students will make a selection for summer housing through HMS. Students may complete a summer housing agreement beginning Monday, April 8.

Please note the following information for summer housing: 

• Village Apartments, Courtyard Apartments and Oak Hall 2nd floor will be used for summer housing. 
• Students enrolled for MayMester, may remain in the room they are currently residing.  MayMester students staying for summer session I or II will need to relocate. 
• Students must complete an agreement for each summer session they are attending.

Summer Housing Agreement

The date to submit an agreement for summer housing is Monday, April 8 beginning at 9am and concludes Monday, June 24 at noon.  The agreement must be completed before a student can reclaim or select a new room. Current residential students do nothave to submit another $150 housing deposit.

MayMester

• The date to submit a housing agreement for MayMester begins Monday, April 8 at 9am and concludes Friday, May 3 at noon. 
• Reclaiming begins Monday, April 8 at 9am and concludes Wednesday, April 10 at 11:59 pm.
• Open room selection begins Friday, April 12 at 9am and concludes Friday, May 3 at noon.

Summer Session I . 

• The date to submit a housing agreement for SSI begins Monday, April 8 at 9am and concludes Friday, May 17 at noon.
• Reclaiming begins Monday, April 8 at 9am and concludes Wednesday, April 10 at 11:59 pm.
• Open room selection begins Friday, April 12 at 9am and concludes Friday, May 17 at noon.

Summer Session II

• The date to submit a housing agreement for SSII begins Monday, April 8 at 9am and concludes Monday, June 24 at noon.
• Reclaiming begins Monday, April 8 at 9am and concludes Wednesday, April 10 at 11:59pm.
• Open room selection begins Friday, April 12 at 9am and concludes Friday, June 24 at noon.

Off-Campus Students

If you are currently residing off-campus, please contact the office, located on the second floor of the University Center Annex, Room 207, or call 910.521.6228 to complete an application and submit the deposit.
