move-in information

2013 FALL SEMESTER

Note: It is vital these schedules be followed. Due to housing repairs and renovation projects in the residence halls, a student leader, student athlete or summer conference may be temporarily residing in an assigned room. Please do not show up early to move into your room.

SUMMER ORIENTATION IN AUGUST

For students attending the last orientation session on Saturday, August 10, 2013, on campus Housing opens for move-in that day from 7:30am to 10:30am. Residents must first check-in at the Givens Performing Arts Center. The room key will be issued at this time.

NEW FRESHMEN/TRANSFERS

On-campus housing opens on Monday, August 12, 2013 for students who have previously attended New Student orientation. Residents must first check-in at the Givens Performing Arts Center from 8:00 a.m.- 11am. The room key will be issued at this time.

RETURNING STUDENTS

On-campus housing opens for returning students on Monday, August 12, 2013, beginning after 2pm.Please do not arrive prior to 2pm, due to staff transitioning back to office from a freshman, Brave New World session.

If you need to arrive on the weekend, you may do so on Saturday, August 10 from 2-4pm. Please do not arrive prior to 2pm due to staff transitioning back to the office from a previous commitment. Residents may pick-up their key from the Housing Office, located on the second floor of the University Center Annex, 5:00 p.m.

 

2014 SPRING SEMESTER

FRESHMAN AND TRANSFER ORIENTATION

On campus housing opens for students attending orientation on Saturday, January 4, 2014. Residents should check-in at the central office, located on the second floor in the University Center Annex, from noon-1:30pm. The room key will be issued at this time.

RETURNING STUDENTS

On campus Housing opens for returning students on Saturday, January 04, 2014 at 1:00pm.
