- A 192 bed, six-story, predominately freshman, co-ed residence hall (separated by floors). Double along a central corridor surrounding a central bathroom
- Student rooms air conditioned with a window unit and central air on the first floor
- Rooms are furnished with twin beds, 80" mattress desks, desk chairs, closets, dressers, and window blinds
- Free cable television
- Wireless Internet and twin data ports
- Laundry and vending machine assess
