field trip to the rankin museum and town creek indian mounds, november 2005

In November 2005, Dr. Linda Oxendine's Honors American Indian Studies class took a field trip to the Rankin Museum and the Town Creek Indian Mounds. This trip allowed honors students to see first hand how many native peoples of what is now North Carolina lived before European colonization.
