Parade Guidelines

• The Parade Chairpersons will be in charge and reserve the right to dismiss any entrant who does not abide by parade rules. Entry to the parade is invitation only. The Parade Marshals have the right to accept, reject, or remove any entry which does not follow the Parade Rules or the decisions of the Parade Chairpersons.
• Staging begins at 2:30 pm.  All Entries must be staged by 3:30 pm – no exceptions.
• The parade will be a FORWARD MOTION parade. All entries must complete the entire route.
• All entries must indicate if they have music at time of registration, sound amplifying systems and shall maintain a volume that will not interfere with other entries. If amplified sound is not approved prior to parade it will not be allowed.
• Entries having children under age 18 must provide parents or other adult chaperones to walk alongside and supervise.
• NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN STAGING AREA OR DURING PARADE.
• For safety reasons, all living things on a moving entry must be secured. No one is allowed to ride on a running board, hood, roof or vehicle fender.
• No firearms shall be fired, and no open flames allowed.
• Entries must start at appointed start place and complete entire parade route.
• We reserve the right to revise the placement of all entries.
• No candy or other items can be thrown from vehicles.  If you wish to distribute items, a member of your party must walk alongside the vehicle.
• All entries must indicate if they wish to be judged for trophies; only those entries will be provided with a number.
