Loyola University Medical Education Network (this Med School web page contains a lot of material much of it beyond the scope of Bio 211, however, you can find good examples of most of the tissue types if you look carefully)

Muscles

Muscle System (this Penn State University web site has number labeled photographs of cat muscle dissection for self-testing with a clickable answer key to check your answers) This link will take you to a page with links which allow you to choose which area of cat musculature you wish to study

This page is a large muscle table with origin, insertion and action and clickable muscle names that take you to pictures of each muscle dissected.

This McGraw-Hill/Penn State University joint effort has an interactive feature that presents photographs of dissected cats and allows you to click on muscles in photographs of dissected cats and get information on name, origin, insertion, action as well as a view of the equivalent human muscle in a model or a drawing and, for those uncertain about pronunciation, a sound link which will state the name of the muscle.

This site provides clickable dorsal and ventral views which take you to labeled closeups of each region. Muscles are color-coded in many photographs.

This web page provides a mid-saggital and several para-saggital sections of sheep brain what can be identified by mouse click. The para-saggital sections also have tutorial questions which pop-up.
