The NC State University American Indian Alumni Society (AIAS) was formed in 2001 to promote a closer association among the American Indian alumni, students and friends of NCSU by enhancing the positive image and reputation of the university. Thus, AIAS’ mission is to promote NCSU among prospective students by enhancing students' experience and their transition to the professional work environment.
