Call for Papers Submit the Title, Presenter(s), Affiliation, Address, Phone & FAX numbers, e-mail address along with the Abstract. Abstracts must be fewer than 150 words. Titles of abstracts are limited to 10 words.
  Abstracts and posters may be submitted by NCS-AAPT, SACS AAPT, or SPS members. Non-members presentations must be sponsored by members and include a footnote with the statement: Sponsored by (member's name).
  Any graduate, undergraduate, or high school student who has conducted research may contribute a poster. As there are prizes in several categories for best papers, please indicate your status.
  One paper or poster presentation per participant, although co-authorship on multiple presentations is allowed.
 
Contributed papers are 15 minutes in duration, with three minutes for questions included in the 15 minutes.
   A contributed poster must be mounted on a single self-supporting thick board with fold out panels. The overall size of the board must not exceed 4 feet in height and 4 feet in width. The posters will be displayed for the duration of the meeting. Poster presenters should plan to be available to answer questions during the poster session assigned times.
