The Educational Opportunites into Nursing for Students from Disadvantaged Backgrounds is a federally funded demonstration project designed to increase the representation of minorities and persons from disadvantaged backgrounds in the nursing profession.
Native American Breast Mammography Project
This research project is designed to determine the incidence of brest cancer in Native American women in North Carolina. This project also investigates the impact of breast cancer on the Native American family by gethering women's oral stories.
