Taking a walk on the wild side

Some designers have created new lines of patterns and styles. Brave News World's favorites will get you noticed.

Linea Paolo's 'Tate,' $89.95, adds major height and a funky pattern to a vintage Candies style. The rhinestone buckle gives the shoe a touch of daintiness.

These Ruby slipper look-alikes from Highlights will get you noticed, along with Brave News World's other favorites.
Emilio Pucci's pointy-toed mule, $405.95, offers an upbeat pattern to a classic style. The mule comes in two patterns: satin angels and satin butterflies.

Summer's signature shoes, espadrilles, are livened up by animal print. Hollywould's animal-print espadrille, $185, is perfect with a white linen dress.

Rhinestones decorate the straps of the Claudia Ciuti 'Nigel' sandal, $225. The wedges have a modern paisley pattern to flatter brightly-painted toe nails. Four-inch heels compliment the slingback strap.

The Highlights pink glitter heel, $16.99, will take you to Oz. The Ruby slipper look-alike will get you noticed at night with a little black dress or wear this shoe during the day with jeans and a satin white or pink camisole.
