Healthy Start CORPS can provide you with linkage and referrals to intensive case mangement services. Provided by:
  • Registered Nurse
  • Dietician
  • Social Worker
  • Community Outreach Worker
Lay Health Advisors offer community health education programs presented to consumer groups, churches, clubs, organizations and schools on:
  • Nutrition
  • Self Esteem
  • Drugs and Alcohol
  • HIV / AIDS and STD's
  • Breastfeeding
  • Postpartum Depression
  • Preterm Birth
Healthy Start CORPS serves a targeted population of females and males aged 14 to 44.
