Provided by: Registered Nurse Dietician Social Worker Community Outreach Worker Lay Health Advisors offer community health education programs presented to consumer groups, churches, clubs, organizations and schools on: Nutrition Self Esteem Drugs and Alcohol HIV / AIDS and STD's Breastfeeding Postpartum Depression Preterm Birth Healthy Start CORPS serves a targeted population of females and males aged 14 to 44.
