Tickets/directions

TO ORDER TICKETS:

The Box Office is located at the center of the front entrance to the lobby. Hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, one hour before the performance and during the intermission of any performance.

RESERVgpac_lobbyATIONS: All reservations must be paid for in full, at the time the order is placed. Ticket orders must be received a minimum of 10 days prior to the performance to be mailed. Orders received within 10 days of the performance will be available for pick-up at the will-call window one hour before show time.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING: All subscription orders are subject to a $5.00 processing fee. Single ticket orders will also be charged a processing fee of $5.00 per order.

SINGLE TICKETS FOR ALL EVENTS GO ON SALE WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 22, 2007.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION: Create your own subscription by choosing the shows you would like to see. Seat locations may change from show to show. You will be seated in the best available seats after current season subscribers are processed. Price is per individual. See ticket order form (PDF - requires Adobe Reader).

LAST DAY TO SUBSCRIBE TO THE BROADWAY AND MORE SERIES: Thursday, October 4, 2007.

LAST DAY TO SUBSCRIBE TO THE NOSTALGIA CONCERT SERIES: Saturday, September 15, 2007.

IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND A PERFORMANCE: please call the box office to release your tickets so others may enjoy the show.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: available for subscription orders and single ticket orders.

PAYMENT: can be made by mail order with check, MasterCard orVisa. If paying by credit card, you may fax your order to 910.521.6552.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: All ticket sales are final. Refunds are given only if a performance is cancelled. You must return your ticket within 30 days of the cancelled performance in order to receive a refund.

RECEIVING YOUR TICKETS: Single tickets are mailed within 24 hours after the order has been placed, if time allows. Otherwise, tickets will be held at the will call window at the box office.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL...NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS UNLESS A PERFORMANCE IS CANCELLED.
