The Catalinas have been a fixture in the Carolina beach music scene for nearly 50 years. A horn-driven band, they have been compared to the more contemporary sound of pop music legends Chicago, The Catalina’s were formed in 1957 and had regional hits with "You Haven't the Right" and the beach music anthem "Summertime's Calling Me”.  The Catalina’s have filled The Myrtle Beach Pavilion more times than its members can count. The Catalina’s have shared the stage with such greats as the Temptations, The Four Tops and even The Monkeys.

The hit single "Myrtle Beach Days" catapulted The Fantastic Shakers to the top of the Carolinas musical groups.  The Shakers are known as the "South's Finest Show Band."  Their string of great beach classics include “Shakin’ the Shack”, “I Ain’t Giving Up Nothing”, “ I Need You”, “Jitterbug Boogie”, “Where Do I Go”,  “Little Red Book”, “Shake That Thing”, and many more. Sponsored by BB&T Bank & Pembroke Oil Company
