New residence hall (2011)

The new residence hall is a five-story 122,733 square foot, 476 bed facility. The latest UNCP Student Housing Foundation addition to UNCP will be located south of the Pinchbeck Facilities Management Complex and west of Village Apartments. Construction costs total $16.4 million and completion is scheduled for fall 2011.
