ACCOMMODATIONS PROCESS AT UNCP DISABILITY SUPPORT SERVICES

1. Students come by DSS to pick up accommodations packet

2. Students review accommodation materials and specify if changes need to be made

3. Students contact and arrange meeting with the professor

4. Students and professors discuss implementation of classroom accommodations

5. Professors sign the accommodations letter or call DSS Director for consultation

6. Professors fill out the instructor-student contracts and file copies

7. Students return signed accommodation letters and instructor-student contracts to DSS
