What you should do before requesting ResNet technical support
- Visit the ResNet Troubleshooting page
- If the problem still persists, write down the nature of the problem
- Contact the DoIT Help Desk at 910.521.6846, 910.522.5710 or helpdesk@uncp.edu. Please provide us details of what the nature of the problem
- Make an appointment to bring your computer to the Mary Livermore Library
