Uninstalling Cisco Clean Access

Cisco Clean Access will no longer be used on ResNet beginning March 11th, 2013. There is no harm in leaving the agent on your computer. However, if you would like to free up the system resources used by it, please follow the instructions below.

First, open your Start Menu and find the "Cisco NAC Agent" folder.

Once you find the "Cisco NAC Agent" folder you need to launch the "Uninstall Cisco NAC Agent" program inside.

Once you launch the Uninstaller it will prompt you to confirm your decesion. If you are sure, select "Yes."

Your computer will then proceed to remove the Clean Access Agent from your computer. Wait patiently until it is finished.

Congratualtions! Cisco Clean Access has been removed from your computer!
