Virtual Computing Lab (VCL)
A virtual computing lab (VCL) is a computing environment that provides on-demand reservation-based remote access to software. It is intended to address the increasing needs of both local and distance students, as well as faculty and staff by providing 24/7 access to needed programs to accomplish coursework and work products. E-Text Reader
Two industry-leading e-text readers were evaluated to seek alternative means for accomplishing teaching and learning, as well as to overcome increasing cost of textbooks. The study was conducted April through May 2009 with four full-time UNCP faculty and four e-text readers. Read More
