Students
Equipment check-out request form
Equipment must be picked up by the person requesting it. The equipment is checked out for 48 hours. No equipment is checked out during university holdays. The student requesting university equipment must sign for it and have a university ID for pick-up.
Laptop computer and LCD projectors for PowerPoint presentations must be requested by the instructor.
