Blackboard Course Modification Combine Sections or Cross-Listed Course site request form  

All Blackboard courses are now created automatically when the Office of the Registrar enteres the course informaton into Banner. Use this form only for a course with multiple sections and/or with multiple course numbers. DoIT will create a combined course in Blackboard. You will receive a confirmation via email when your course combination is complete.

This form is for faculty ONLY. Students are automatically set up when they enroll in a Blackboard course. To access course sites, go to http://blackboard.uncp.edu.
