How to Stop valid email from going to bravemail junk folder

I found that email that I want to read is being delivered to the “junk” mail folder in BraveMail. How can I change the settings?
- Log into BraveMail using Internet Explorer (BraveMail does not expose all of its junk mail settings to Firefox for some reason).
- Select Options from the top right of the page.
- On the left pane, near the bottom of the list, select Junk-Email.
- Verify Automatically filter junk email is selected.
- On the Safe Senders list click Add and enter @uncp.edu.
- Select Add a second time to add @bravemail.uncp.edu if you wish to get all email from fellow students.
- Select Save at the top.
- Select My Mail from the top right corner of the page to return to your inbox.
