Mex to the Max

Featuring the signature flavors of Chef Roberto Santibañez

Mexican food is among the most popular ethnic cuisines today, but often times authentic Mexican recipes are replaced with mainstream dishes that fail to capture the simplicity of preparation and complexity of flavor inherent in true Mexican cuisine. During Mex To The Max, Master Chef Roberto Santibañez, our Culinary Ambassador from Mexico, brings to our units a culinary tour of Mexico rich in tradition, steeped in history and full of flavor.

It celebrates the foods we eat (including nutrition, ecology, season, culture and tradition), while encouraging us to find energizing and fun ways to be active, to explore our inner creativity and to maximize our mind’s capability for thinking and decision making.
