Recommended Degree Pathway for Psychology
The recommended degree path outlines a sample course plan towards graduating in four years. The path suggests taking courses in specific semesters, but there may be semesters when a course is not offered. Consult your advisor for your official degree planning. This degree path is based on the 2011-2012 university catalog. Please click here for the catalog 2009-2010.
Please be advised that in order to graduate in four years individuals must successfully complete a minimum of 15 to 18 credit hours per semester. Also, 15 credits must be in courses numbered above 2999.
Please Note: Though some classes do have prerequisites and must be taken in order (ex. PSY 2080 and PSY 2100 must be taken before PSY 300), other courses may be taken in an order other than the one suggested on the degree pathway. Please consult your Psychology academic advisor for specific information.
