- Advised implementation of N.C. mandated staff pay raise
- Increase staff representation on several campus committees: In-Range,
Traffic Control, Traffic Appeals, Career Banding, SPARC, Interior Design,
Physical Environment, UNCP Healthy Braves
- Added $1,000 to staff scholarship (non-endowed)
- Distributed five book scholarship awards ($100 each)
- Robeson County Fair tickets generated $153 for book scholarship
Collaborated with Chancellor and Executive Staff
- Met with Chancellor (July 27)
- Hosted Chancellor's Forum with staff/faculty (January 19)
- Assisted HR on career banding and pay policies
